- Develop, maintain, track & report project monitoring & control processes for projects and provide planning, scheduling for the assigned project.
- Coordination with project stakeholders, conduct site visits to verify progress and identify any potential and critical issues, work on organizational strategic initiatives.
- Develop level 3-4 schedule
- Project planning experience from construction site
- Stakeholder management
- Forecasting project completion
- Develop Resource loaded schedule
Qualifications
- 8-10 years experience, BE/BTech with relevant work experience in planning
- High end high rise residential , mixed used development experience preferred
- Will work with client and on ground, interpersonal skills are key.
