About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) projects. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery, within budget and scope, while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end PEB project execution, from design to completion.
• Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to define project requirements.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead project teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Identify and resolve project challenges effectively.
• Provide clients with regular updates and maintain strong professional relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in project management within the PEB industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
