Project Manager
Job Description
We seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include project planning, execution, risk management, team coordination, stakeholder communication, compliance, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Execution: Manage daily operations, subcontractors, and materials.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Team Management: Lead and support project teams.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports and maintain documentation.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
