Key Responsibilities: Job Profile: Industrial Automation Expertise: Prior work background in industrial automation to effectively integrate PLC, SCADA, and automation technologies into Oil & Gas specifically Cathodic Protection Monitoring
Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute water projects within specified quality, safety standards, and timelines.
Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources to meet project objectives within budget.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary contact for effective communication with clients, contractors, and vendors.
Budget Control: Monitor and control project budgets, implementing cost-effective measures for profitability.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
Quality Assurance: Oversee project quality control to meet established standards.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and facilitating professional development. Job Requirements: Proven experience of 8 to 10 years in managing water-related projects as well as oil & Gas, preferably with an automation background and different wired and wireless communication technologies knowledge.
Familiarity with Oil & Gas pipeline projects, remote monitoring, Cathodic Protection for Transformer and Rectifier units.
Excellent project management skills, including project planning, risk assessment, and resource allocation, etc.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
Prior experience in managing budgets and financial aspects of projects.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred candidate from the Ahmedabad/Gujarat, especially with knowledge of local regulations and practices.
Professional certifications in project management or related fields will be a plus
Ready to travel across globe for multiple projects management
