The ideal candidate will oversee the delivery of network projects and operations practice, manage critical incidents, and support delivery leadership across all infrastructure projects. This role requires a proactive leader who can streamline processes, provide network solutioning, and ensure efficient and effective operations.Key Responsibilities:

• Network Delivery and Operations:

• Oversee network delivery and operations
• Manage P1 & P2 incidents and chronic issues escalated by the client, providing timely resolutions.
• Engage in joint troubleshooting efforts with clients, delivery leadership, SMOC, and all towers.
• Address misattribution of issues to the network team and streamline the GOC escalation process for improved efficiency and accuracy.

• Support to Delivery Leadership:

• Assist delivery leadership and interlock with all towers and PMs across the infrastructure.
• Provide network solutioning support where there is a dependency on the network or network assistance is needed.
• Participate in Infra Project workshops and discussions.
• Engage in all new Demands and Change Requests (CR).

• Project Execution and Management:

• Initiate, plan, and execute network projects.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications within each account team.
• Baseline and deliver projects according to schedule.
• Identify and manage risks throughout the program.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Deploy project controls to monitor project performance and financials

• Performance and Metrics:

• Develop, analyze, evaluate, deliver, and interpret key project metrics.
• Implement performance reporting for the client related to SLA.

• Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead global project teams of medium to large scope and high complexity.
• Conduct performance reviews, capacity planning, and provide inputs for cost/benefit analysis.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in network delivery and operations management.
• Knowledge of network solutioning and infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
