Position - Project Manager - New Store Execution and rollout

JOB Responsibilities:
- Responsible for project planning and execution for new store set up and roll out
- Ensuring end to end project management and timely delivery for projects
- Responsible for doing external coordination with consultants, Designers and contractors for timely completion of project work
- BOQ evaluation and keep track of vendor materials
- Identifying new vendors and vendor management
- Ensuring projects should be completed in defined timelines and budget
