Job Description
Managing Green Building Certification Projects Preparing documentation and performing calculations as/ compliance for required rating. Design & construction review of projects & guiding project team. BOQ/DBR/ tender vetting & due diligence, coordination & liaising with project teams, contractors, vendors, and rating authority. Qualifications Mechanical, Civil Engineer / Architect with prior experience working and obtaining Green building certification for projects with ratings such as GRIHA, IGBC, LEED, and EDGE, is a must Professional Accreditation like GRIHA CP, LEED AP, and IGBC AP is desirable. Key Skills Candidate should have thorough knowledge about the National building code, ASHRAE Guidelines, Energy Building Conservation code (ECBC), CPWD Best practices, LEED, GRIHA, BRE standards, etc. Analytical skills for reviewing design and construction documents, technical data, regulations, standards, and reports along with effective verbal communication & writing skills Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Schedule:
