Job Profile: Project Manager

Location: Ranjangaon, Pune

Job Type: On-site

Qualifications:

• BE in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management:

• Independently manage all site activities.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

2. Client and Vendor Coordination:

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss project progress and address concerns.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

3. Project Execution and Planning:

• Oversee project execution as per the approved design and specifications.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

4. Billing and Documentation:

• Prepare and verify project billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
• Maintain comprehensive records of project progress and documentation for handover.

5. Handover:

• Ensure smooth and timely project handover to clients.
• Address any post-handover queries or issues effectively.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of industrial construction processes.
• Proven expertise in execution, planning, and handing over projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Note: Candidates with a background in industrial construction will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
