Qualification: B.E. Civil

Experience: 7 to 10 Years

Package: 20 LPA-25 LPA

Location: Mumbai

Industries: Resort / Hotel Industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent (onsite)

Working days: 6 days

MUST BE READY for Frequent Traveling from Mumbai to Goa.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Managing projects within the established scope, timelines and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality.
• Reviews the base line, overall schedule & monitors the progress against the plan.
• Work on proposals for new projects and weekly updates / reports for existing projects.
• Assist and coordinate with the vertical managers, site teams, sales and marketing teams, legal teams for project related scope.
• Onboard, lead, drive and coordinate with various internal teams and external consultants for all design / construction / procurement / sales related activities.
• Closure of all project related indents for timely procurement and completion of the project.
• Actively ensure best cost and time saving measures at all levels for the design, procurement and construction stages of the project.
• Management of Vendor and consultant payments.
• Verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from the vendors.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
• Issuing and comparison of tenders, vendor proposals, participation in price negotiation with subcontractors & the suppliers and finalization of contractors based on scope, quality, timelines and budgets.

Pay: ?2,000,000.00 - ?2,500,000.00 per year
