JD for Project Manager (Electrical) for Prama Hikvision _ B.E. Electrical + 10 Years

1. To ensure client expectations for products and services are met. To ensure projects are completed on time, stay within budget, and meet all customer requirements.

2. Oversee day-to-day program responsibilities such as scheduling, planning, and pricing. Additionally, they work with purchasing and sales to ensure that all programs and products are cost-effective.

3. Understanding what the client or company wants to achieve

4. Defining the technical requirements and feasibility of a project

5. Outlining timescales, costs and resources needed to design and deliver an electrical operations project

6. Making sure the work follows strict health and safety guidelines

7. Familiar with CPWD Code of Practice for various types of buildings.

8. Developing step-by-step project plans

9. Leading a multi-disciplinary project team

10. Negotiating with designers, engineers, contractors and suppliers

11. Liaising with staff at every level

12. Overseeing several aspects of a project at the same time

13. Ensuring each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard

14. Sharing regular progress reports with the client and stakeholders

15. Resolving any issues or delays.
