Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager Construction to oversee our projects in the Industrial, Road, and Highways sector. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 20 years of experience and a relevant diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. This is a full-time, site-based position located in Pune, Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans and schedules, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure project milestones are met within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction activities comply with industry standards and project specifications, conducting regular inspections and quality control checks.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and budgets.
• Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, prepare financial reports, and ensure projects are completed within the allocated budget.
• Site Safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all site personnel.
• Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
• Software Proficiency: Auto-CAD

Key Requirements

• Experience: 10-20 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the Industrial, Road, and Highways sector.
• Education: Diploma or relevant degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant project management and construction software tools.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?800,000.00 per year
