You will work with the creatives and the account team, keep track of key milestones, and ensure everyone understands project goals and expectations to facilitate and encourage smooth execution.Whats in it For You:

What You Will Do:

• Intake Partner - Manage team members, resourcing allocation and overall delivery of a project for consistent task execution & for financial, contractual, and operational commitments.
• Cross-functional Communication - Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, dependencies, milestones and outcomes and risks
• Quality Assurance & Compliance - Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Performance Evaluation - Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting of Marketing initiatives.
• License Management - Procure design software licenses, track license usage and user adherence, manage renewal process for compliance.
• Support knowledge management activities by identifying and updating knowledge as requested and required.
• Contribute continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities and implementing changes to enhance processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree and 6+ years of experience in project management or business strategy role
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between senior leadership team and managed teams.
• Strategic mindset, customer focused with ability to exercise sound judgement.
• Effective relationship management, ability to network, support and influence across the entire organization.
• Experience in project management tools, demonstrates high level of organization and assertiveness for project delivery.
• Professional working proficiency in English
