Managing a working team during a project by tracking their responsibilities and progress.

Communicating with stakeholders, including team members.

Analyzing projects, identifying risks and forming risk mitigation strategies

Monitoring projects, recommending cost-effective strategies and preparing reports

Should manage the development of entire project between different modules

Should carry project management and support duties during project execution

Should work with factory management for scheduling and handling different assignments in project

Should ensure to get quality check of all the work being done, tracking the completion and deliverables of the project

Should ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the teams and project

Need good management skill and approach for problem solving

Should have rational and analytical approach in decision making towards project development

Reviews and edits projects, communicates with team, solves project hindering topics, takes all major & minor improvement to bring project efficiency

Manage strategic planning assigned by Management

Synchronize all project related reports including planning, gathering information and resources, project execution tracking

Manage multiple teams, assign work activities, issue resolution, status reporting, implementation, documentation

Should possess university degree in Engineering. Post-graduation in management in added advantage.

At least 2-3 years of experience in project management with overall experience of 10 to 15 years

Experience in project management in core manufacturing (Factory Exposure)

Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Should possess qualitative and quantitative analytical skill

Should prepare data and presentations and should have excellent hand on experience with Microsoft office tools like excel, power BI, Power point
