Project Manager

Location : Kottakal, Malappuram
Salary : ?40,000 per month
Experience : 3 years in the modular industry

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the modular industry to oversee and manage our projects in Kottakal, Malappuram. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in managing modular construction or manufacturing projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects on time, within budget, and meeting the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination : Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, budget, and scope. Ensure all project activities are scheduled effectively and align with company goals.
• Team Management : Lead and manage cross-functional teams involved in the project, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Budget and Resource Management : Oversee project budgets and ensure resources (manpower, materials, equipment) are utilized efficiently. Monitor and control project costs.
• Quality Control and Compliance : Ensure that the modular construction processes meet the required quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and specifications.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues that could affect project timelines or quality. Develop strategies to mitigate risks and handle any challenges that arise.
• Stakeholder Communication : Maintain regular communication with internal teams, contractors, clients, and suppliers to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress and any changes.
• Progress Tracking and Reporting : Monitor the progress of the project, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Provide regular status updates to senior management and clients.
• Documentation : Ensure all project-related documentation, including contracts, change orders, and invoices, are properly maintained and filed.

Key Requirements:

• Education : A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience : At least 3 years of experience in project management within the modular construction industry or a related field.
• Skills :
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• In-depth knowledge of modular construction processes and standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
