Long DescriptionProject Manager * Project Planning and Execution:
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
Team Management:
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and technical specifications.
Generate regular progress reports and metrics for project stakeholders.
Document lessons learned and best practices for future reference and continuous improvement.
Leadership and Conflict Resolution: Strong leadership skills and the ability to resolve conflicts and issues within the project team effectively.
Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum or other Agile frameworks.
