HSE Management:\xc2\xa7 Maintains HSE focus within the team to ensure HSE requirements included in design and procurement.\xc2\xa7 Demonstrating full commitment to all health and safety matters and provides safety leadership to project team.2. Client Relationships:\xc2\xa7 Maintains and builds healthy client relationships.\xc2\xa7 Proactively resolves performance, scope and schedule issues with the Client as they arise.\xc2\xa7 Identifies, documents, communicates and meets the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements3. Commercial Management:\xc2\xa7 Effectively manages assigned budgets within WorleyParsons\xe2\x80\x99 total scope4. Scope Management:\xc2\xa7 Compliance with WPMP and Project Execution Plan.\xc2\xa7 Compliance with requirements of the contract.\xc2\xa7 Effective change control process application\xc2\xa7 Making independent decisions involving multiple, complex functions based on established guidelines, considering the cost, quality and schedule impact to the project.\xc2\xa7 Working with self-initiated interaction with supervisor and self-initiated technical guidance.\xc2\xa7 Work is assigned in terms of objectives, relative priorities, and critical areas. Work is reviewed to ensure project, policy conformity and soundness of approach. Informed guidance is available.\xc2\xa7 Assigning project work and giving technical guidance to people assigned to work on their projects.5. Time Management:\xc2\xa7 Contributes to the development of overall project schedule.\xc2\xa7 Supervises work in accordance with the approved schedule6. Cost Control:\xc2\xa7 Monitors cost aspects of the project within direct control to forecast final costs, identifies trends and takes action to avoid cost overruns.7. Quality Management:\xc2\xa7 Contributes to compliance with WorleyParsons policies and procedures.\xc2\xa7 Strong working knowledge of WorleyParsons engineering and procurement systems and procedures.8. Team Management:\xc2\xa7 Focuses team on achievement of milestones and other key project objectives.\xc2\xa7 Listens to the team, discusses the issues, resolves problems and directs activities to remove roadblocks and achieve objectives.\xc2\xa7 Setting clear objectives for the project team including scope, schedule, productivity and budget targets. Keeping team members informed about project status and key performance indicators.\xc2\xa7 Overseeing, motivating and monitoring the performance of the team, ensuring quality and timeliness of assignments and roles, and addresses any performance gaps.\xc2\xa7 Appling knowledge of all aspects of project engineering to oversee successful technical coordination\xc2\xa7 Ensuring design team is aware and complying with customer Functional Specification/Basis of Design and applicable codes, standards and regulations.\xc2\xa7 Managing execution, coordination, and implements regular reviews/controls to track project progress.\xc2\xa7 Ensuring project schedules and resource plans are developed and utilized in managing the project tasks.\xc2\xa7 Translating contract requirements for project scope into Worley scope of services and deliverables\xc2\xa7 Understands the customer\xe2\x80\x99s key drivers and objectives, establishes good working relationship with customer technical counterpart. Establishing relationships with external vendors and suppliers. Developing a customer relationship of trust and respect with ability to discuss project progress, challenges and issues in a transparent manner.9. Communications Management\xc2\xa7 Regularly provides clear reports to Operations Management\xc2\xa7 Effective communication with the design team and third parties.\xc2\xa7 Accurate, timely and effective reporting to the MoP10. Risk Management:\xc2\xa7 Monitors the closure of all identified risks and opportunities.11. Design Management:\xc2\xa7 Sets clear objectives to the design team, including achieving productivity and budget targets.\xc2\xa7 Ensures design team aware of and complies with client\xe2\x80\x99s Basis of Design and application regulations and codes.\xc2\xa7 Manages inter-discipline interfaces effectively.12.
