Job Description
Managing technical operations in your region/ project as per Sistema.bio global quality standards. Managing cross department collaboration between technical, commercial and credit teams according to the regional/project. Managing all technical training programs in your region/Project. Managing large system/ project installations with a clear PMP program. Handling the overall technical KPIs for your region. Looking after the health and safety adherence for your team and reporting to your manager if anything is not in place. Handling all the quality control audits as per your State and Country regulations. Coordinating and organizing team training as and when required. Hiring the technical team by coordinating with your hiring manager and people s team. More about YOU You should have a technical degree or diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Agricultural, Biology, Chemistry. You should have experience in managing team and field operations. You should have good basic computer skills: Microsoft Office and using databases for Salesforce. You must have good team management and planning skills. You must have good oral and written communication skills. Bonus Point: If you have an experience in the Biogas Industry.
