About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the successful delivery of exceptional sports construction projects. You will be a key player in translating vision into reality, overseeing all aspects of a project from inception to completion, ensuring quality, timeliness, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a dedicated team of construction professionals: This includes engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and other staff involved in the project. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans: Establish project scope, schedule, budget, and risk management strategies. Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle: Manage pre-construction (bidding, permitting, procurement), construction (safety, quality control, progress monitoring), and post-construction (handover, closeout).
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications: Maintain compliance with building codes, industry regulations, and client requirements.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders: Collaborate with clients, designers, contractors, and internal teams, providing clear and timely updates.
• Manage project budget and resources: Optimize resource allocation, control costs, and ensure project remains within budget.
• Champion safety: Implement and enforce safety protocols across the project site, prioritizing the well-being of all personnel.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices: Continuously learn and adapt to improve project delivery methods and achieve optimal results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Btech Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in sports construction or related.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g.,Zoho, MS Project).
• In-depth understanding of construction codes, safety regulations, and sports facility specifications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for project requirements.
• Excellent communication skill in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and English
