Project Manager
Job Description
Experience Required:
•10-15 years managing large residential or commercial projects.
•Experience in high-end residential projects is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee real estate development projects from start to finish.
•Collaborate with contractors, architects, and vendors.
•Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
•Monitor project progress and address issues promptly.
•Communicate updates and milestones to management.
•Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
•Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
•Support and facilitate effective teamwork.
•Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
•Ensure the project remains financially viable and meets profitability targets.
Skills Required:
•Strong leadership and team management.
•Effective decision-making and problem-solving.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift

• Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
