We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and drive our growth in the industry.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 6 years in construction management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of construction processes, site works, and the nuances of coordinating with vendors, contractors, and clients. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
• Facilitate communication with clients to provide project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project activities and changes.
• Foster a collaborative environment among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on site works and coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
• Proven experience in managing vendor and contractor relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month

• Kanyakumari, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
