PROJECT MANAGER
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager experienced in Villa Construction. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the construction projects, from budgeting and scheduling to overseeing on-site work and managing subcontractors. The Construction Project Manager will collaborate with architects, landscape planners, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are executed safely and efficiently, while ensuring that quality standards are met. Candidates with 8-10 years of experience in managing villa, bungalow and farmhouse projects will be preferred.
Qualifications
• Experience in Project Coordination and Construction Project Management min 8-10 years.
• Ability to read and develop GFC drawings
• Strong budgeting & negotiation skills
• Excellent understanding of Construction Management and Project Management principles
• Ability to manage subcontractors and vendors
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in Team management and leadership roles
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Track record of meeting timelines in the previous companies.
• Good at problem solving and prompt decision making skills
• Ability to manage client interactions with ease.
• Excellent report drafting and presentation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?90,000.00 per month
