Job Title: Project Manager (Real Estate)

Location: [HSR Layout Sector 4 Bangalore]

Salary Range: 40,000 - 80,000

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in real estate to oversee and manage various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in real estate project management, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects within budget and on schedule. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate development projects from inception to completion.

2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate project progress and resolve issues as they arise.

4. Monitor project milestones and deliverables, and track progress against established timelines and budgetary constraints.

5. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

6. Prepare and present project status reports and updates to senior management and key stakeholders.

7. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.

8. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to manage project budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.

9. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, and provide leadership and guidance to project team members.

10. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to real estate development and project management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on real estate development and construction projects.

3. Strong understanding of real estate development processes, including zoning, permitting, entitlements, and construction.

4. Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from conception to completion.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions.

8. PMP or similar project management certification is preferred, but not required.

9. Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

10. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
