KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIED

• PMP Certified Professional with 5-8 years of experience in Project Management with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure.
• Domain expertise in IT, Construction & Hospitality Industry .
• Additional project management certifications (e.g., Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana). Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

POSITION PURPOSE

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource requirements.
• Project Execution: Manage day-to-day project activities and resources; coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans to address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Quality Control: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and conform to project requirements. Conduct regular quality assurance checks.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Communicate project status, issues, and risks effectively and timely. Facilitate project meetings and reviews.
• Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures. Track project costs and ensure they stay within approved limits.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project team members. Motivate and support team members to achieve project goals. Resolve conflicts within the team as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain project documentation and records. Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
• Vendor and Contractor Management: Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
