Job Description

:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background to lead medium-sized railway projects . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in project management roles focused on railway work such as bridges, railway sidings, and new railway lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all phases of railway construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

• Proven track record of managing railway projects, including bridges, sidings, and new lines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
