Siddhartha Engineering Limited is an EPC Construction company executing high value turnkey electrical projects EHV substation & transmission line Projects since 1972 all across India as well as in Bhutan.

Siddhartha Engineering Ltd. is hiring for Project Manager for our TPNODL Project.

Job role will be-

1. Act as the primary point of contact for all communication related to the transmission line project for a particular site.

2. Thoroughly review and verify approved drawings before project commencement to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications.

3. Plan and coordinate the layout on-site, optimising space and resources for efficient project execution.

4. Develop comprehensive work plans and schedules, including manpower, machinery, material, and budget allocation.

5. Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to meet project milestones.

6. Develop and maintain a project schedule, identifying critical path activities and managing timeline adjustments as needed.

7. Supervise and manage the execution of civil construction work to meet quality and safety standards.

8. Allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members to ensure efficient and equitable workload distribution.

9. Oversee the execution of civil construction work, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

10. Manage and process laboratory test reports in accordance with client requirements and project standards.

11. Maintain open communication and coordination with the client for inspections, updates, and addressing concerns or changes in project scope.

12. Monitor the status of work executed, generate bills, and submit them to the Head Office for invoicing.

13. Prepare and organise all necessary documents for a smooth client handover, and resolve any outstanding issues promptly.

14. Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement in future transmission line projects.

15. Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring a safe and productive working environment.

16. Manage material requisitions for the project and overlook for accurate inventory records.

17. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, change orders, and financial records.

18. Evaluate and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget, and communicate these changes to relevant parties.

19. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts, making decisions that keep the project on track and within scope.

20. Process payments to contractors in a timely and accurate manner.

21. Act as a liaison with local authorities and other companies involved in the project, ensuring compliance with regulations and smooth project progression.

22. Conduct regular material reconciliation to ensure that materials are used efficiently and accounted for accurately.

23. Ensure that all necessary facilities are available on-site to support project activities.

24. Ensure that all work on the transmission line project adheres to safety protocols and regulations to minimise accidents and injuries.

25. Participate in the recruitment of project staff (as per requirements), ensuring a skilled and motivated team.

26. Managing operations of the Company in ways consistent with strategic goals and performance targets with respect to contracts undertaken & plans approved

27. Drive all the Commercial functions through planning, monitoring and execution.

28. Strategizing the Commercial aspects of executing projects, contracts, negotiations and bidding process.

29. Periodic review, plan and discuss with the management through Meetings with Departmental Heads/Project Head /Project Manager/ Site team etc.

30. To develop plans with Cost control & efficiency in Operations.

31. Select, Develop & Review Team on the FMS , KRA's and Policies

32. Ensure Responsibilities as per the FMS sheet.

33. other work as assigned by superiors or the management.

Location-: Jajpur & Bhadrak

Qualification-: B-Tech Electrical

Experience-: Must have experience of 10-12 years in 33 KV Distribution
