Please read the job description before applying.Location : Calicut, KeralaJob Summary: The Project Manager will oversee ERPNext projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize ERPNext projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans and ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven working experience as a project manager in the IT sector.
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Any project management certification is a plus.
- Experience with ERPNext is highly desirable.
