About the Role: The Project Manager will be responsible for leading Industry 4.0/IoT projects in the Food & Beverage and Smart Farm industries and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. The Project Manager will work closely with cross functional teams, Operations, Factory teams and Technology vendors to identify new digital solutions and drive their implementation. Experience: 10-13 yrs Location: Bangalore and Chennai Skills: IT-OT integration, PLC/DCS/SCADA Key Responsibilities - Analyze project requirements and scope and ensure that they are clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders. Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans. Develop solution proposals that address the business needs of Operations and Factory teams. Present proposals to stakeholders, and secure buy-in and support. Develop project budgets and ensure that they are aligned with project scope and goals. Monitor project spending and ensure that budget targets are met. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures. Assign tasks to cross functional team members and monitor progress to ensure that project timelines are met. Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate and up to date. Ensure that project records are maintained in accordance with established procedures. Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure that project timelines are met. Optimize resource utilization to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. providing regular feedback to team members on their performance, emphasizing their strengths and identifying areas for improvement. Provide them required coaching and mentorship. Identify technology partners and vendors that can support the implementation of digital solutions. Manage relationships with vendors and ensure that they deliver quality services in a timely and cost-effective manner. Technical/Functional Skills Required: 10 to 12 years of experience in the design, development, and deployment of IT-OT integration solutions and experience with PLC/DCS/SCADA hardware and software, industrial networking protocols, and cloud technologies. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology. A deep understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, frameworks (such as RAMI4.0, ISA-95), and technologies, and the ability to apply this knowledge to the development of smart factory solutions. Experience in the design and architecture of digital solutions for the smart factory, including the development of mobile apps and cloud-based solutions. Proficiency in app development using MS SQL, VBScript/.NET/JavaScript. Ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality. Site commissioning experience in the Food and Beverage, CPG, FMCG or any continues process industries. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, stakeholders at all levels to deliver results. Ability to understand manufacturing process and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce resource utilization and waste with help of Digital and AI solutions. Familiarity with ICS cybersecurity standards and best practices, and the ability to design and implement secure solutions. And Knowledge in interfacing OT systems with SAP or any ERP systems. Experience with data analysis and visualization techniques, and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and process improvement.
