Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Project Manager (Interior) to join our team at YoHo Designs Pvt Ltd. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing interior design projects from conception to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic startup company in the interiors industry and contribute to the growth and success of the business. Qualifications And Skills Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in the interior design industry. Degree or diploma in Interior Design or related field. Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Roles And Responsibilities Plan and manage interior design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, and develop design proposals accordingly. Collaborate with the design team to create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project execution, including site visits, material procurement, and contractor management. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing any issues or challenges that arise. Ensure that projects are executed in compliance with industry standards and regulations. Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement effective risk management strategies. Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.
