If you have a passion for innovation, a thirst for challenge, and a love for all things fintech, then look no further!We work as a partner to our customers in every major global market.As Project Manager, you will have responsibility for multiple projects which will deliver business outcomes for our customers and sponsors across the business. You will be aligned to Demand and Programme delivery teams embarking on exciting projects across all LSEG working within the CRM, Digital and Marketing Team. You will lead on the identification and development of project objectives, including but not limited to scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and success criteria in collaboration with the programme manager, other customers, and delivery partners. You will also have the chance to lead multiple workstreams throughout the full project lifecycle ensuring high quality and cost-effective deliverables.If you are interested in working in a technology team associated with critical, large-scale, dedication distributed systems that set standards for financial markets, we want you on our team.What you\'ll be doing:

  • Deliver projects or work streams of varying size that may involve multiple internal and external customers.
  • Create and maintain all project management artefacts to meet project objectives, including recommendations.
  • Lead and motivate cross functional teams, working with both internal and vendor resource, ensuring compliance with our Centre for Enablement(C4E) and LSEG Change Framework
  • Own project reporting utilising the relevant tools such as Salesforce Jira and Confluence, ensuring visibility and clarity on project progress and achievements to all customers. Evaluate trade-offs between project size and complexity, cost, risk, and value, prioritising high impact timelines and activities.
  • Build positive relationships with business partners to support teamwork and successful deliveries.
  • Collaborate with business partners, managing expectations and ensuring transparency of requirements and success metrics.
  • Ensure resources are allocated in current and future projects based on the delivery tasks and milestones in the project plan through providing transparency of demand to the Team Lead and maintaining the capacity tracker.
  • Validate financial forecasts and provide ongoing reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures.
  • Create and maintain project RAID log ensuring mitigations, ownership and tracking of each area, feeding anything necessary into the Programme or Portfolio RAID log.
  • Represent the project in various governance and inter-department forums.
  • Ensure end results are of the highest calibre with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business benefit.
  • Lead project budget request process and perform regular financial reviews to track and measure financial performance against plan at the project level.
  • Review and recommend changes to Statements of Work with vendors supported by senior project managers, programme managers or capability leads.
  • Understand the roles, needs, and influence of different partners and effectively plan communications to provide appropriate and well-timed updates.
Required Skills & Vital Experience:
  • Proven ability as a project manager
  • Ability to build and empower internal teams and Technology Partner teams to deliver the best outcomes for each project.
  • Experience of delivering projects both in accordance with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Results focused with ability to work under pressure, to deadlines and without constant supervision.
  • Strong planning, problem solving, organisational and coaching skills.
  • Experience building successful client relationships or internal team relationships.
  • Willing and able to challenge customers and team members to better understand their needs. Good knowledge of project management methodologies & tools.
  • Excellent documentation skills: ability to create high quality steering committee materials.
  • Experience in product-based delivery.
  • Experience delivering Salesforce projects/programs.
