Agri Genetica Pvt. Ltd., a dynamic agri-tech startup, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead our innovative \'Village X\' project. This initiative aims to revolutionize agriculture in rural communities by implementing cutting-edge genetic technologies and sustainable farming practices. Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan, including objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of scientists, technicians, and field workers, providing guidance and support. Budget Management: Monitor and manage project budgets to ensure efficient resource utilization. Research Coordination: Collaborate with research and development teams to integrate genetic technologies into agricultural practices. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with local communities, partners, and government agencies. Data Analysis: Oversee data collection and analysis to measure project progress and impact. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Reporting: Prepare and present regular project status reports to company management and stakeholders. Compliance: Ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Continuous Improvement: Implement feedback and lessons learned to optimize project outcomes. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field (Master\'s preferred). Proven experience in project management, especially in agriculture or biotechnology. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of agricultural genetics and sustainable farming practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. Familiarity with rural development and community engagement is a plus.
