Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. 7. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. 8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 9. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify risks, devise solutions, and make data-driven decisions. 10. Knowledge of software development processes and technologies, with the ability to understand technical concepts and challenges. 11. Experience with budget management and financial tracking. 12.
