SUMMARY Join us in an exciting and influential role where you\'ll lead multiple projects delivering essential IT infrastructure services to our internal clients. As a Project Manager III, you\'ll guide matrixed resources through the entire project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring seamless alignment between technology solutions and business requirements. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with senior leadership, proactively identify opportunities, conduct thorough analyses, and meticulously manage delivery schedules. We\'re seeking a dynamic individual with exceptional organization, communication, and presentation skills. Reporting project status and results to executive-level leadership will be a key aspect of this role. The ideal candidate must excel in planning and time management, adeptly balancing numerous assignments and deadlines. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage in multiple IT initiatives simultaneously, overseeing their seamless execution.
- Collaborate with various CIO teams, spanning Cloud Operations, infrastructure, infosec, application teams, and subject matter experts, to establish the technical vision for the programs.
- Possess broad knowledge and expertise in project management methodologies, tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques.
- Demonstrate proficiency in risk management, partnership cultivation, agility, business acumen, and the ability to tailor communication styles to diverse audiences, including executives.
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and required activities and tasks.
- Monitor project activities, ensuring currency, quality, and integrity of information, while maintaining consistency in content and delivery across the organization.
- Ensure project goals align with business objectives, driving projects towards successful outcomes.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of project resources to ensure projects progress on schedule and within budget.
- Develop and review status reports, modifying schedules or plans as necessary to optimize project performance.
- Bachelor\'s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- 5+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years of project management experience acting as a liaison between business teams and technical teams
- Expert in defined project management methodology.
- Strong analytical and project management skills required
- In-depth knowledge of product releases and sprint schedules.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts preferred
- Track record of successfully overseeing concurrent projects.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, SharePoint, and TEAMS.
- Preferred project management certifications: PMP, CSM, ITIL.
