Visit us at. : The Delivery Lead/Product Owner (PO)/Project Manager (PM)/ is responsible for leading and facilitating cross functional teams to support Strategic IT Project delivery, system operations, and post Go-Live support leads all efforts to create, align, and deliver Technical Solution Designs and Business Solution Designs. As a Delivery Owner, will work with all Teams, Vendors, and Partners necessary to plan, advance, or complete a program or project works with business stakeholders to determine scope and priorities. Must be able to plan according to Business Outcomes, Business Capabilities, Domains, or System Specific modules, functions, or segments regularly reports on projects and team progress, and ablet to coordinate program delivery across the enterprise. Will plans for project tracks and ensures that incremental value is being realized at all stages of a project. Must have worked on discrete manufacturing systems. Key Technical Systems Proficiency: Must be proficient on D365, Salesforce, Windchill, Solumina, UKG, Avante, Azure, ADO, Azure Services, GIT, Jenkins, AKS, Cosmos, Snowflake, Kafka, Confluent, Event Hubs, Data Bricks, Change Data Capture, Python, R, SQL, or similar languages Responsibilities / Expertise: Independent End to End Management of Medium to Large, Moderate to Complex IT projects related to manufacturing functions Lead full stack teams, internal resources, business SMEs, and third parties/vendors in planning and delivery while continually monitoring and managing overall delivery progress Identifies and manage risks, executes risk mitigation tactics, and negotiates dependencies across Teams Business Relationship Management to define scope, define business outcomes, and identify business capabilities Maintain open and clear lines of communication with team members and stakeholders at all times. Budget and forecast resources, licensing, and support efforts needed for each project for each year Manage agile development tools and process specific Enterprise Services System platform needs Conduct root cause/corrective action analysis to manage post-release product incidents to resolution activities Create, maintain, and communicate status details for inclusion in Enterprise IT Project(s) reporting and dashboard(s) Oversees entire development process and ensures environmental consistency across all platforms Ensures complete and smooth transition from implementation to GO-Live and then hypercare/support Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Business Administration or related field combined with equivalent technical experience ERP Systems planning and implementation: Microsoft Dynamics 365 -- all modules Extensive Current State vs. Future State analysis and planning Firm understanding and advocacy of Cloud-Native Architecture and Components Introducing new Data Integration technologies and patterns Overall Enterprise Systems: HR, Legal, Safety, Facilities, Finance, Risk/Compliance, etc. Overall Manufacturing systems and processes such as: MES, PLM, WMS, F&O, Retail, etc. 5+ years\' work experience in a Program Manager or Sr. Project/Product Manager role or related field combined with equivalent technical experience Knowledge of continuous business improvement methodologies Work experience in a manufacturing or enterprise focused environment Familiar with professional Program Manager certification processes or current certificate holder: PMP, SAFe Agile, ITIL, PgMP, CM, etc. ERP, D365, or Enterprise Systems delivery certification a plus Demonstrated competence in the project lifecycle (planning, implementation, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Prod Support) Deep ERP, CRM, PLM, MES, Legal, Facilities, Finance, Safety, and general business experience is a must Microsoft, D365, Azure, Salesforce, Windchill, Solumina, and other Manufacturing systems experience is a must Past leadership of ERP deployments for Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Retail, Service, Finance, Sales, etc. Plan creation for ERP migrations such as Quote to Cash, Pick to Ship, Plan to Production, Post to Close, etc. Independent Business Relationship Management for Engineering, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Finance, etc. Common Data Layer and Common Service Layer Architecture oversight experience highly preferred Understanding and experience with establishing real-time or near-real-time integrations is a MUST Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with Business Partners and Technical Partners Willingness to validate and introduce new processes and technologies is needed Must be team-oriented and able to promote and mature a collaborative environment Capable of managing multiple projects and changing priorities with minimal transition time Effective communicating in one-on-one\'s, small and large groups, or among diverse position levels Familiar with modern development principles, standards, patterns, and tooling Previous experience with Reference Architecture establishment as a practice approach Experience navigating a hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery culture while maturing Best Practices Able to make timely accurate
