We're looking for someone to

• Supporting the Integration Initiative Manager for Operations and the respective sub-initiatives leads.
• Manage project management activities such as preparing governance material, milestone management, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependency) Management and updating Objectives & Key Results (OKRs).
• Create and track actions from our governance meetings including drafting minutes.
• Become integral to help support on key organizational transformation projects.
• Be an effective stakeholder manager ensuring a strong governance is in place
• Prepare ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required for Senior Management
• Become the first point of contact for the Integration to help support the team

UBS RecruitingYour teamYou'll be working as part of the IB Operations Integration Initiative, based in India Hyderabad. This role supports the IB Operations Global Head of Process Re-engineering & Automation and Integration Initiative Manager.Your expertise

• Experience working as a PMO in a large Financial Institution or Bank preferred or a complex project with a high degree of governance
• Well organized to manage multiple priorities with the ability to follow-up, prioritize and meet deadlines, raising concerns where required
• Confidence working with multiple senior stakeholders to follow up on progress, with the ability to influence to get results or escalate
• Demonstrable experience in governing or supporting complex projects with standardized methodologies or frameworks.
• Experience creating and maintaining sustainably PowerPoint presentations, excel trackers & databases with a focus on data quality
• Demonstrates an audit mindset
• Proactively asks questions and follows up. Suggests ideas to improve the way we operate
• Highly motivated with a can-do attitude and a desire to drive change
• Independent, detail-oriented, and careful about the quality of work
• Highly proficient with MS Office & Teams, including ability to create formula-based Management Information & top-class PowerPoint slides. Tableau/Power BI is preferred
