This requires a skilled to oversee the entire project lifecycle while possessing a strong understanding of business needs and translating them into actionable plans with exceptional communication skills.Responsibilities:

• \xc2\xb7Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to define project vision, goals, scope, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall IT and business objectives.
• \xc2\xb7Champion clear and transparent communication with all stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, executives, and external partners.
• \xc2\xb7Develop comprehensive and adaptable project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, budgets, communication strategies, and robust risk assessments.
• \xc2\xb7Lead and mentor cross-functional IT teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment that consistently delivers exceptional results.
• \xc2\xb7Proactively monitor project progress, identify and mitigate potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions with a strategic mindset.
• \xc2\xb7Oversee comprehensive project documentation, ensuring project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes are accurate and readily available.
• \xc2\xb7Implement and leverage agile project management methodologies to ensure project flexibility and successful adaptation to changing requirements.
• \xc2\xb7Maintain a deep understanding of IT platform solutions delivered end-to-end journey.
• \xc2\xb7Develop and implement clear and concise communication plans for all project stakeholders.
• \xc2\xb7Craft compelling presentations and reports to effectively communicate project progress, risks, and changes.
• \xc2\xb7Facilitate productive meetings and workshops, fostering collaboration and information sharing.
• \xc2\xb7Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, addressing concerns and keeping them informed.
• \xc2\xb7Adapt communication style to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical)
• \xc2\xb7Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• \xc2\xb7Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
• \xc2\xb7Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• \xc2\xb7Manage requirements documentation and ensure traceability throughout the project.
• \xc2\xb7Identify and analyze business process improvements related to the project.

Requirements\xc2\xb7Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).\xc2\xb7 Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required).\xc2\xb7Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT project management.\xc2\xb7Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget.\xc2\xb7Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.\xc2\xb7Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and concise style.\xc2\xb7Strong presentation and facilitation skills.\xc2\xb7Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.\xc2\xb7Active listening skills and a genuine interest in stakeholder needs.\xc2\xb7Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and IT security principles.\xc2\xb7Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.\xc2\xb7 Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).Other informationWe acknowledge receipt of your resume for a position at Global University Systems and sincerely appreciate your interest in our company.We will screen all applicants and select candidates whose qualifications meet our requirements.
