Creative Project ManagerWe are looking for a Hyderabad-based Creative Project Manager who can join our central global Brand team. This is an amazing opportunity to work on various brand projects that support our growing global business. We would love to speak with you if you have project management experience and a comprehensive understanding of the creative process.Reporting to the Creative Operations Manager, the Creative Project Manager is a key liaison between the team and internal and external partners. They are responsible for successfully completing and timely delivering creative projects, driving them from brief to concept, iterations, sign-off, and final delivery. As an expert planner, this person will scrutinize project briefs, develop them into clearly defined project plans, coordinate and attend meetings, and determine and secure suitable resources.About you \xe2\x80\x93 experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
• At least 7 years of experience in project management, stakeholder management, vendor management etc.
• Experience working with creatives and a thorough understanding of the creative process
• Experience managing UX projects, particularly website design delivery
• Experience working on digital campaigns, with the ability to plan and execute creative delivery
• Experience using project management tools and developing processes for their use and integration with other tools
• Experience with the Microsoft suite, Wrike (or similar) and Studio management tools
• Experience working with global teams
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey project details, expectations, and feedback to various internal and external stakeholders

Additional skills

• Experience in video production projects is highly desirable, with the ability to oversee all stages from concept to final delivery
• Experience in managing brand identity/rebranding projects is desirable but not essential
• Professional project management qualification/certification is desirable but not essential

What will you be doing in this role?

• Create clear, concise and detailed project plans, including the creation of Gantt charts, to both execute creative projects effectively and monitor their progress
• Lead project kick-offs involving all relevant parties, driving the agenda and keeping the discussion on the topic
• Plan and book resources
• Organize project teams, which may be geographically disparate
• Manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines, ensuring all are completed according to time and budget schedules
• Maintain effective communication, keeping the team up-to-date with regular status reports
• Identify, communicate and manage project dependencies and risks
• Master time management \xe2\x80\x93 adjust and communicate schedules, ensuring all parties remain on point
• Monitor and analyze team performance and spend

They come together to develop and protect the Clarivate brand and are united in their dedication to designing and optimizing Clarivate brand experiences for customers and colleagues. Internal stakeholders are primarily in Marketing, but the team collaborates with colleagues from across the business including Communications, Product, HR and Sales.Hours of Work45 hours in a week as an FTE.
