We are hiring for a PROJECT MANAGER ( Waste Water Treatment Industry). : We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in project management within the Water/Waste Water Treatment. The project manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of the project, ensuring adherence to established baselines for budget and timeline while meeting the need of our clients. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Detailed project planning, management, execution.
- Kick of meeting with Sales dept. & customer to gather all information related to project.
- Technical and commercially preparation of project as per decided scope.
- Initial cost planning of project
- Detailed work planning and scheduling of projects
- Risk identification and its mitigation
- Change Management
- Distribution and control on Budget within activities of projects
- Co-ordination with customer and fulfill all requirement on time
- Interface with client, internal dept., DEC, EPC etc
- Delivery of project within stipulated time, budget and quality
- Site co-ordination support & Customer satisfaction
- Check the material specification as per dispatch list.
- Check the final equipment and brought out item quality with process department.
- Complete the projects as per projects schedule.
- Arrange technical person for services.
- Solve the technical problem in site with process department.
- Prepare the commissioning reports and review the plant performance.
- Interaction with client for technical & other discussion.
- Drawings preparation cross checking & submit to production department.
- Manufacturing BOQ preparation.
- Follow up with vendors for technical offers.
- Checking of engineering related documents.
- Experience in Project/Process Management, including managing cross-functional teams.
- Process calculations, Equipment selection.
- Evaporator knowledge\xe2\x80\x99s and hands on experience in Basic and Detailed engineering.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously, within scope, on time, and within budget.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to identify and mitigate risks to a project.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant project management tools, such as MS Project, MS Office.
- Strong leadership skills, and ability to influence and motivate team members to achieve project goals.
- Rotational shift
- Do you have experience in to industries like Waste Water Treatment, Chemicals, EPC Projects, Boilers, Oil & Gas, Industrial Equipments.
