Job Purpose Lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of online learning programmes, overseeing content deployment on platform, technology integration, stakeholder management, and financial accountability to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality educational experiences for B2C, B2B clients of ISB Digital Learning Job Outline As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the seamless development and delivery of cutting-edge educational initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of diverse online learning programs. The job holder as Project Manager will play a pivotal role in creating a first-of-its-kind center of excellence at ISB by ensuring that we deliver an enriching learning experience to our learners. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, outlining key milestones, deliverables, resources and timelines Coordinate with content creators, instructional designers, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of online learning programs. Implement project management best practices to achieve project goals within scope, time, and budget constraints. Adhere to the SOP for execution and ensure that the project deliverables are well within the pre-defined SLAs Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including content team, platforms team, industry experts, and other internal teams Collaborate with platform operations teams to ensure a seamless online learning platform experience Provide regular updates and reports on project status, milestones achieved, and any potential roadblocks. Programme set up, Delivery & Performance Metrics: Ensure successful deployment of programmes on the Learning experience platform and delivered for a seamless learning experience Monitor programmes, implement feedback mechanisms and address any concerns or issues within the pre-defined SLAs Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivering online learning programs and monitor their achievement. Analyse data to assess the impact of programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements. Quality Assurance: Establish and implement quality assurance processes to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of online learning programs. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement. Ensure project delivery meets high-quality standards and adheres to industry best practices Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in online learning to enhance programme offerings Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints Track expenses, report variances, and make recommendations for cost optimization Technology for Standardisation and Project Management Deep knowledge of all portals like Salesforce, ISB Online learning platform, Zoho, FreshDesk, etc. Familiarity and proficiency with project management software to effectively implement and monitor programme management & delivery processes Demonstrate proficiency with creation and management of key reports and dashboards using MS tools and other project management software Based on performance reports, drive timely review of team performance & feedback on various quantitative and qualitative metrics for continuous improvement Implement and maintain all procedures and technology systems that are designed to support & monitor continuous improvement of processes by driving their usage for self and amongst team members Drive system improvements and automation initiatives to uphold data driven decision making for project success Education - Graduate /post-graduate Skills - Demonstrated project management skills; Team management skills; strong attention to detail; demonstrated proficiency in project management software; excellent oral and written communication skills; demonstrated judgment; very good technical and data analytics skills; strong interpersonal skills; event management, team-work, and cross-functional collaboration; exceptional attention to detail and due diligence; client relationship management Experience - 10+ years working in a project management capacity in a high-growth, dynamic environment; experience in the ed-tech industry is a plus.
