PMP certified with experience in handling Infrastructure project management. Experience in managing complex projects handling planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, monitoring & control, process management and transition. Proficient in handling Global projects in multiple technologies & domains like Datacenter build, Technology implementation refresh & Network rollouts Well aware of the data center technologies including virtualization, hyper converged, storage & backup solutions, tools, network & security Should have experience on Data Center Consolidation & Migration Projects Experience in handling projects with flavor of various security solutions Experience in managing cross functional teams, Expertise in stake holder and vendor management. Experience in handling large projects in sectors like Government, BFSI, Telecom, Retail, Defense, and Enterprise Expert in Stake holder & Communication management, Scope Management, Change management, Project tracking & control, team management, etc. Should have experience in managing Cloud services & web hosting programs Should have understanding of financial modeling & analysis Should have experience of handling tools like Primavera, MS EPM & MS Project Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP ) Prince 2
