Project Manager For Asic
Job Description
As an Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing development projects for ASIC or subsystems within an ASIC\'s. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with internal specifications and customer specifications (time, cost, functionality and quality). Another part of your job is to motivate and lead a team with multiple business units and locations and make decisions on the project. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing progress reports and escalating decisions that go beyond the project scope to the Steering Committee. You understand the technical aspects of ASIC development. In technical decision making you support the project team to continue the progress. Furthermore, you are responsible for the financial plans and the allocation of funds. Qualifications Education: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech (Electronics and Communication) Personality & Working Practice: Natural leadership and result oriented way of working, moderation skills,problem-solving oriented Experience and Knowledge: 8+ years of working experience in the semiconductor industry (IP or chip development) a lot of experience as project manager market relevant project management certifications or similar knowledge of design and product qualification methodology for Automotive basic understanding of requirements and methods acc. ISO26262 (exempli gratia FMEDA, FTA, metrics)
