The role will lead project and programme deliverables and dependencies within complex, large-scale and/or high-risk projects that involve multiple senior internal and external stakeholders.Initially, you will be joining a large-scale Oracle ERP implementation programme. At the start of programme implementation, the initial focus will be on understanding the wider book of work, alignment to stakeholders, budgetary impacts and delivery timeframes. This will include working with the programme manager, business change managers, programme communications lead, implementation partner, and technology teams.You will be working on a multi-year, large and complex programme implementing the latest technologies.You will get an opportunity to work with some of the best in the industry and get an experience to rollout world-class solutions for a leading financial organisation.ResponsibilitiesThe role requires leading the development of project artifacts, integrated project plans, resource and contingency plans, ensuring they are prioritized and detailed and that risk management processes are in place.Partner with project sponsors/collaborators to define project objectives, draft and handle achievements, success criteria and develop status reports to update senior partners on project. Progress, and gain commitments to ensure corrective actions take place if required.Anticipate issues and delays and evaluate trade-offs between project size, complexity, cost, risk etc. effectively assessing and resolving high-priority project risks.Lead multiple workstreams and large project teams throughout the project lifecycle delivering results that meet the success parameters stated in the business-case. Handle the project budget request process and performs regular financial reviews, tracking and measuring financial performance and key-metrics against plan and validating financial forecasts.Ensure all projects adhere to LSEG Group Standards for project methodology, governance, and risk management. Engage with technology leads to understand their teams requirements, obstacles, estimates of effort and agree approaches. Regularly obtain feedback to assess what is working and what needs to change. Make the change fun and engaging for our technology teams. Complete all change deliverables per the LSEG Change Framework.Experience/Skills Profile10+ years overall in analysis and project delivery and 6+ years hands on (demonstrable experience) in Project Management.Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud from a technical implementation perspective (experience with ERP, EPM and OCI preferred).Experience delivering integrated solutions involving internal systems and a cloud SaaS product and knowledge of large scale, global, change programmes and portfolio management.Strong planning, organisational, people and mentor skills - ability to lead a small matrix team and prioritise.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the proven ability to work effectively with all organisational levels.Willing and able to challenge customers and stakeholders to better understand their needs. Excellent documentation skills and ability to build high quality materials!Experience leading change delivery in an agile context using a methodology such as SAFE, scrum or kanban.
