Job Description

Responsibilities:

SCADA System Integration:

Design, develop, and implement Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems for monitoring and controlling our industrial processes.

Configure PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and RTUs (Remote Terminal Units) to interface with SCADA systems.

Instrumentation Design and Implementation:

Specify, select, and install instrumentation devices such as sensors, transmitters, and control valves for various industrial applications.

Conduct calibration and testing of instrumentation equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.

System Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

Diagnose and resolve issues related to SCADA systems and instrumentation equipment in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Perform regular maintenance tasks and updates to ensure optimal performance of SCADA systems.

Documentation and Compliance:

Prepare technical documentation including system diagrams, user manuals, and operating procedures.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to SCADA systems and instrumentation.

Project Management:

Manage projects related to SCADA system upgrades, expansions, and new installations from conception to completion.

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as necessary to support project goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience (X years) working with SCADA systems in industrial environments.

Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and HMI (Human-Machine Interface) development.

Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.

Familiarity with instrumentation devices and their applications in industrial automation.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Effective communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree in Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.

Certification in SCADA systems or related technologies.

Experience with DCS (Distributed Control Systems) and IoT (Internet of Things) platforms.

Knowledge of cybersecurity principles as applied to SCADA and industrial control systems.

Pay: ?900,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
