Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Expertise in Electrical

- •Project Planning and Management:•

- Develop and manage project schedules for MEP systems.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to integrate MEP systems into overall project plans.

- Ensure MEP systems are delivered on time and within budget.

- •Design and Engineering:•

- Review and approve MEP design plans and specifications.

- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.

- •Construction Oversight:•

- Supervise the installation of MEP systems.

- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans.

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

- •Budget and Cost Control:•

- Prepare and manage budgets for MEP components.

- Approve expenditures and monitor costs.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

- •Team Leadership:•

- Manage and mentor MEP team members.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.

- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

- •Quality Assurance and Control:•

- Implement and enforce quality control procedures.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.

- Address and rectify any quality issues promptly.

- •Vendor and Contractor Management:•

- Evaluate and select vendors and subcontractors for MEP services.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements.

- Monitor contractor performance and adherence to contract terms.

- •Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:•

- Ensure all MEP activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Promote a culture of safety on-site.

- •Documentation and Reporting:•

- Maintain accurate records of MEP designs, installations, and maintenance activities.

- Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, costs, and issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
