To find out more visit , and read about the latest news via our .Description and RequirementsLenovo Business and SummaryThe Project Manager for the eCommerce Gaming and Education Segments will be a key member of the Global eCommerce B2C team responsible for owning operations and execution of strategic programs and partnerships. The role will manage the end to end go to market process at scale across global markets, aligning outcomes to requirements and KPIs. He/she will be a key contributor to building and maintaining productive internal and external functional partnerships including: UX, Tech, and Analytics. This role will work closely with the Regional Gaming and Education segment leads to rollout global solutions. This role is critical to defining how we evolve and grow the Lenovo Gaming and Education businesses.Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Segment Sr. Manager, strategy leaders, and other team members to implement defined roadmaps via innovative solutions, form productive partnerships that meet global and regional priorities.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate issues and potential obstacles in meeting business objectives and priorities.
  • Track and report activities of internal and external projects, including project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Monday.com, etc.), documentation and presentation materials.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy and vision execution of Lenovo\'s Gaming and Education segments.
The ideal candidate will have a background and skill set that includes:
  • An action-oriented professional with strong business acumen who can collaborate across teams to dig into general business-related issues and provide data-based recommendations and paths forward, making decisions on project requirements based on defined strategy objectives.
  • Ability to handle the complexity of a fast moving, matrixed organization, foresee issues that may arise, and find creative solutions along the way.
  • A positive influence and business driver of high quality and timely execution through program and project management: tracking milestones, communicating and refining requirements.
  • Familiarity working with Technical, UX, QA, Marketing, Analytics, Customer Service, Partners/Vendors, and Sales to roll out and maintain eCommerce functionality, while validating and measuring results of programs and projects.
  • Detail oriented, evidence of strong follow through.
  • Ability to organize self and others to keep projects on track.
  • Hybrid work model with afternoon/evening as primary working hours to support global teams, ability to have flexible work hours to support global operations.
Position Qualifications:
Basic:
  • 8+ years of professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project or Program manager of a web-based product or service.
Preferred:
  • Experience in B2C eCommerce.
  • Knowledge of the IT development lifecycle and Agile processes.
  • Project management certification.
  • Working marketing understanding and ability to recognize the drivers of consumer consideration and conversion.
