Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

? Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

? Develop and implement detailed project plans (timelines, resources, budgets).

? Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

? Scouting for grants funds, CSR funds.

? Finding and identification of corporate and industrial waste sources. Stakeholder Engagement:

? Engage with community leaders, local governments, and environmental organizations.

? Foster strong relationships with stakeholders.

? Conduct regular stakeholder meetings for updates and feedback. Behavioural Change Strategy:

? Develop and implement strategies to encourage behavioural change in waste management.

? Design and deliver educational and awareness campaigns.

? Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior change strategies. Team Coordination:

? Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (community outreach specialists, environmental experts, communication professionals).

? Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.

? Provide guidance and support to ensure project goals are met.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

? Develop metrics and KPIs to measure project success.

? Conduct regular project evaluations and assessments.

? Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Risk Management:

? Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.

? Monitor and manage project risks and issues.

? Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.

? Master's degree or certification in project management preferred.

? Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, focusing on environmental or behavioural change projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
