Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems to oversee and manage project execution, ensure compliance with quality standards, and meet project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and oversee plumbing and fire fighting projects from initiation to completion.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor project progress, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery.

- Supervise site engineers and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications.

- Conduct site inspections and quality checks for plumbing and fire fighting systems.

- Prepare project reports, budgets, and forecasts.

- Resolve technical issues and provide solutions during project execution.

- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations at all project sites.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- 3-5 years of experience managing plumbing and fire fighting projects.

- Strong leadership and project management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and AutoCAD.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Effective communication and coordination skills.
