About Us -

We are a facade system company where we provide complete package for rainscreen facades including consulting, design, fabrication and installation.

Experience: 8-10 years' experience in building construction projects execution. Facade experience is preferred.

Location : Mumbai

Note: This role requires pan-India travel 25%.

Roles & Responsibilities:

? Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.

? Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual agreements.

? Coordinate with design, engineering, manufacturing & SCM teams to optimize project workflows and resource allocation.

? Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and ensure project success.

? Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, fostering strong relationships and ensuring open communication.

? Conduct regular project status meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and solicit feedback.

? Proactively identify opportunities to add value to client projects through innovative solutions, value engineering, and proactive communication.

? Establish and enforce quality standards and best practices for facade design, engineering, and manufacturing processes.

? Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.

? Work closely with the Quality Assurance team & Project Engineers to address any deviations or non-conformities and implement corrective actions as needed

? Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

? Facilitate cross-functional coordination and communication to optimize team performance and efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
