Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety, ensuring timely and profitable project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning:
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

2. Project Execution:
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and
subcontractors
- Coordinate and manage project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory
authorities
- Ensure project quality, safety, and environmental standards are met

3. Project Monitoring and Control:
- Track and report project progress, including schedule, budget, and quality
- Identify and address project deviations, including scope, schedule, and budget changes
- Ensure project documentation, including records, reports, and certifications, is accurate and up-to-date

4. Project Closure:
- Ensure project completion, including final inspections, testing, and commissioning- Obtain client acceptance and final payment- Conduct post-project reviews, including lessons learned and best practices

5. Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and develop project team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Ensure team members have the necessary skills, training, and resources to perform their duties

Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in project management in the construction industry
- Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Proven experience in managing complex construction projects- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
