As wind turbines continue to grow, we are continuously pushed outside of our engineering boundaries, which makes it a challenging engineering environment to work in. Find out more:To reinforce our Product Portfolio Management team, we are looking for a new colleague at our location in Coimbatore .Tasks:

• Coordination of the NPI projects (New Product Introduction)
• Internal responsibilities to manage the different phases: price setting, product design, process design, product validation and first production run
• Support the set-up of the project definition and project targets
• Manage the project planning (in detail). Responsible for reporting of the project and escalation when there is a risk the targets will not be reached
• Manage the budget of the projects
• Planning and documentation of Gates for the projects
• Indirect lead of the project team across departments and across location

Profile:

• B.E./B.Tech Mechanical with 7 to 12 Years\' experience in Project Management
• First relevant experience is required (5 to 7 years)
• Planning and organization, project management skills
• Strong communication: suppliers and customers (internal); written and verbal (English is a must)
• Willingness to travel
