Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our real estate projects, from initial planning to completion. This includes coordinating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Real Estate Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills, as the Real Estate Project Manager will be required to liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, team members, and government officials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate industry, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing large scale projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of real estate projects from inception to completion
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other professionals
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations
• Liaise with clients, team members, and government officials
• Develop and manage project budgets
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders
• Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the project

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Real Estate Project Manager
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem solving skills
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal real estate regulations
• Proficiency in project management software
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
